1. DEFINITIONS
   1.1 General Conditions: The present terms and conditions as stated in this document.
   1.2 E-learning Module(s): Online courses provided by Web Infra Academy accessible via WebInfraAcademy.com.
   1.3 User: Any individual or professional utilizing the online courses.
   1.4 Service: The provision of access to the e-learning environment and professional training materials.
2. APPLICABILITY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
   2.1 Scope: These conditions apply to every visit and use of the E-learning Modules.
   2.2 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (B2C): For individual learners (consumers), a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the date of purchase, allowing for a full refund.
   2.3 Exception for Digital Content: By logging in and accessing the e-learning content for the first time, the User explicitly requests immediate delivery of the service.
   2.4 Waiver of Rights: The User acknowledges that they waive their right to the 14-day cooling-off period once the digital content has been accessed by logging in.
3. ACCOUNTS AND ACCESS
   3.1 Duration: Access to E-learning Modules is granted for the agreed duration, with a standard maximum of one year.
   3.2 Personal Use: Accounts are strictly personal, non-transferable, and linked to the unique User.
   3.3 Security: The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
   3.4 Misuse: Web Infra Academy reserves the right to block accounts immediately in case of unauthorized use or security breaches, without liability for damages.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   4.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights concerning the course information and the online platform remain with Web Infra Academy or designated third parties.
   4.2 Usage Rights: Information is for personal use only. Reproducing, distributing, or publishing any part of the course material without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
5. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
   5.1 Data Processing: Personal data is processed for administration, access management, and relevant updates about related services.
   5.2 Communications: Users may opt-out of informational emails at any time by contacting academie@webinfracademy.nl.
6. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER
   6.1 Quality: Content is developed with 30 years of IT experience and refined through feedback from 1,500+ professionals.
   6.2 Liability: Web Infra Academy is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the online courses.
   6.3 Limitation: Total liability for any proven damages is limited to a maximum of 1,000 Euro per event.
   6.4 Availability: Web Infra Academy does not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserves the right to perform technical updates or remove content without prior notice.
7. GOVERNING LAW
   7.1 Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
   7.2 Disputes: Any disputes shall be settled by the competent court in the Netherlands in the Oudendijk region.
