Certification guidance
Perhaps more than most careers, IT jobs require employees to be up on the latest technologies, trends and techniques. For many employers, it’s not enough to graduate with a master’s degree in computer science. IT professionals are expected to continuously build on their academic knowledge base through on-the-job learning, professional development courses and certification programs.
Many IT certification programs are tied to a specific company or vendor.
The Web Infra Academy offers programs that will help your employees certify for Websphere, TIBCO, CISSP and many other Web Infra related certifications.
A program depends on the requirements of the client. It can involve self-tuition using material provided or advised by the Web Infra Academy. It can involve following a training from the Web Infra Academy as well as courses of other vendors.
It will always involve support by our trainers:
- Providing the necessary preparation for the certifaction: creating a training plan
- Advising and supporting the students during their study: students can contact an appointed trainer with questions and/or schedule a face-to-face meeting (using Skype or any other means of communication)
- Providing an assessment test and/or sample test questions
