OUR MISSION
Our mission is to help professionals understand how modern IT systems work — not just in theory, but in real-world environments. We believe that true understanding comes from practical experience, not abstract models. That’s why all our trainings are based on real scenarios, real architectures and real challenges from the field. We design both standard and tailor-made trainings and e-learning solutions, adapted to the context of your organization, technology landscape and teams. Our goal is simple: provide knowledge that can be applied immediately — and that leads to better decisions, stronger systems and more resilient IT environments.

Marcel Punselie
I live in the beautiful village of Oudendijk and am married to Annette.
I’ve worked in IT for more than 30 years, a journey that began as a developer. Early on, when my role expanded from programming into operations, I discovered my passion for reliability. While others focused on the happy flow, I became fascinated by the opposite: what happens when things break, and why?
That curiosity for resilient systems has shaped the past 20 years of my career as a Solution Architect and SRE specialist. Since 2005, I’ve combined hands‑on experience with teaching.
After starting out at major vendors such as IBM, I soon began developing my own training materials to offer a truly independent and complete perspective. In 2007, I founded the Web Infra Academy. My mission remains the same today: helping professionals understand complex system chains and build solutions that are genuinely reliable.
Roland Mammen
The last 10 years I work as a Solution Architect for big international companies. I like to work at the interface where business and IT meet. Daily I am confronted with with the latest trends: Public Cloud, Micro Services and Cyber Security. However, I also realize not everything is cutting edge or Open Source, legacy IT remains relevant. Next to my consultancy activities I deliver courses. Sharing my experiences in the field is an important aspect.
